How would a function package work?

Generally, you would sell tickets to the night beforehand with all those attending receiving some fake cash to bet on the races. Those with money at the end of the night could win prizes from donors and sponsors. If someone runs out of fake cash, they could buy some more, raising more money!

How else can I raise money on the night?

As well as the races, you could hold a 'fashions on the field', a silent auction, raffles, door prizes..the list of opportunites is endless!

How do I get my races?

I would email them to you as an mp4 which you'll be able to play on almost any device and project it onto anything on the night.
